张老师在总结中深刻认识到这次研修的意义，对新的教学理念、新的教学方法也有了新的理解，同时对今后的教学充满信心。总结用中英文的形式书写，足可以看出张老师的语言功底，值得我们学习借鉴。
My summary of the Training On-line
With the care and support of the Leaders at all levels, the training on-line has achieved complete success. Now I am writing a brief summay about it.
Having been trained in Class 9 for two weeks, I have read many kinds of training materials Carefully, watched all the teaching videos whole-heartedly, made comments on my classmates’ works actively, handed in homework without any plagiarism and taken part in the heated disscussions on-line orgnized by our experts several times. Through this training, I have learnt not only the basic knowledge, but also the proper ways of teaching under the New Curriculum Ctandards and the Concept of Quality-aimed Education. Besides, from these days' training, I come to realize the importance of applying scientific teaching strategies into teaching practice.
As we have learnt from the experts, the New Curriculum Ctandards put forward Student-centred Teaching philosophy. The real purpose of English teaching is just to improve Ss’ comprehensive ability of using a foreign language. That is to say, we should develop Ss’ linguistic competence, sociolinguistic competence，discourse competence and strategic competence. Under the new curriculum, it is necessary and rewarding for us to to organize our lessons creatively, from the aspects of lead-in, presentation, explanation, consolidation and evaluation.
Personnally, I have made great progress in English Teaching through this training online. What's more, communicating with the experts face-to-face gives me a good chance to learn scientific teaching methods and stategies. And I do benefit much from it. So I want to say, “ There are no regrets for me this summer vacation!”
When communicating with the experts and other teachers on line, I realize how one can become a good English Teacher. I hold the opinion that the most important and most difficult part of the making of a good English teacher is the development of professional competence, which is the state or quality of being adequately qualified for the profession, and armed with a specific range of skills, strategies, knowledge, and ability.
I think teaching is one of the performing arts. The pleasures teachers gain in teaching Ss are similar to those enjoyed by pianists, ballet dances, baseball players, and lectures. They are honorable pleasures, making us part of the human community,
This summary now taken to its conclusion has fulfilled its aim that has been set out at the beginning, but this is not just a preliminary summay of this training. This summary maybe has some errors. It is indeed inevitable. Valuable opinions and advices from teachers and experts will be cordially welcome.
暑期远程培训总结
在各级领导的关心和支持下，这次远程培训取得了圆满的成功。下面我对本次培训进行简要总结。
在接近两周的培训中。我细心阅读了各种学习材料，仔细观看视频教学节目，按时独立完成作业，积极对同行的文章发表评论，并多次热情地参与专家组织的在线研讨活动。通过这次培训，我不仅学到了一些教学的基本知识，而且明确的新课程标准和素质教育理念的教学模式。另外，通过这些天的培训，我逐渐意识到在教学实践中贯彻应用科学教学策略的重要性。
正如专家所说，新课程标准提出了以学生为中心的教学理念，教学的真正目的在于提高学生的语言综合运用能力。也就是说，我们应该培养学生语言能力(linguistic competence)，社会语言能力(sociolinguistic competence)，语篇能力(discourse competence)和策略能力(strategic competence)。在新课程标准下，我们很有必要去创造性地组织我们的教学，包括导入、呈现、讲解、巩固和评价等阶段我们都要创新，这是值得的。
我个人看来，我在这次远程在线培训后取得了很大的进步。而且在和专家面对面的交流，给我提供了一次学习教学科学的教学方法和策略的机会,我的确受益菲浅。因此，我想说“这个暑假我没有遗憾！”
当我和专家和其他老师在线的过程中，我明白了这样才能成为一个好的英语教师。我认为，成为一个好的英语教师的最重要也是最困难的事情是教师专业能力的发展，老师应具备良好的素质、各种教学技能、教学策略和能力。
我认为，教学是一门表演性艺术。教师在教学中所获得的乐趣如钢琴家、芭蕾舞演员、棒球运动员和演讲家所获得的乐趣一样，这些乐趣都是高尚的，这使我们成为这个社会的一部分。
这篇总结不仅仅是这次培训的总结，也许存在一些错误，是在所难免的，真诚地渴望专家和老师们能给我提出批评和指正！
